Our journey so far.

We are a media production company where people and passion matter the most. Tom Carder and his network of creatives have got here by blending technical skill with a truly personal approach to bring clients’ vision to life.

The best stories are made together.

We love making film and photography. But it’s uniting creatively with real people we love most. When we connect positively, and you feel comfortable with letting your ideas run free, we’re energised to do our most extraordinary work.

Genuine passion

Care about every frame

Our passion shows in the details. From light and composition to timing and movement, every decision is made with care and intent. We are driven by a genuine respect for the craft and the story being told.

Exceptional quality

Raise the standard

By combining advanced technical craftsmanship with cinematic vision, we create work that doesn’t just impress - it resonates. Every frame is refined to hold attention and elevate the brands we work with.

Nurturing growth

Think beyond the brief

We use the power of film and photography to propel your brand forward. Our goal is to help you innovate and evolve, using storytelling to take your message to new audiences and new heights.

Collaborative spirit

Create together, always

Our strength comes from our relationships. Respecting our clients and trusting our creative partners delivers work that connects.

Some of our milestones.

2018

TCM’s first steps

Tom created the first client content piece while travelling in Asia: drone footage for a hotel in exchange for a free night’s stay. A small project, but the start of a lifelong passion for cinematic storytelling.

2019

Expanding horizons

Tom captured aerial footage of a solar farm in Australia. The year was spent continuing refining his skills, experimenting with perspective and scale.

2020

Stories that matter

Tom worked the Winter season in Morzine, supporting guests as a transfer driver, delivering breathtaking imagery of the mountainous region on the side. During COVID, he captured heartfelt moments for families as part of a self-driven doorstep photography campaign, with all donations going to MIND; combining craft with purpose.

2021

TCM’s first paid projects and studio beginnings

TCM kicked off working with BOXSMART on video and commercial photography for their gymwear launch. Tom joined Brand Biscuit studio, starting a “studio space” that doubled as an editing desk: a foundational step for TCM’s creative journey.

2022

Global stories and premiere impact

TCM produced the Jabulani: Rwanda Origin Story, premiering to 250 people. Tom traveled internationally to deliver stories from the heart, breaking even for TCM for the first time while proving the power of authentic, global storytelling.

2023

Collaborations and growth

TCM continued to attract clients who valued creative and emotional development. Highlights include working with Vision Factory for visuals on screen for 10,000 people at Ally Pally (sold out) for the Hybrid Minds Master Album Launch. TCMs revenue doubled as the business scaled with ambition.

2024

Creative freedom and multi-dimensional delivery

TCM created the content that launched the 23/24 Plymouth Argyle Kit, focusing on trusted concepts, SFX integration, and multi-layered creative execution; refining TCM’s signature approach to storytelling.

2025

Studio and brand relaunch

TCM launched their own studio and relaunched the brand with their values, purpose and mission carefully considered. Podcast recording plans began alongside high-profile collaborations, including Glastonbury and F1 projects. Official VAT registration marks the step into a fully professional, globally capable creative business.

People powered.

From the clients whose stories inspire us to the talented creatives we collaborate with, it’s always people that make our work shine.

We’re grateful to all those who help make the magic happen. And we’re proud to work together in a spirit of sharing and support – which we hope makes our projects a positive experience for everyone involved.
