Every year, football clubs release new kits. They wanted to capture a video that engages the fanbase and increase sales before the season began.
We knew the club was built on a loyal fan base in a city full of history, and the away kit gave a small nod to the history of the mayflower. With complete creative freedom, we wanted to shine a light on the travelling fans and their loyalty to ‘the away day’. The third kit was inspired by their 1996 kit, but we wanted to give it an edgy feel. With connections to ‘The Depo’, we wanted to create an emotion through lighting that felt different than the away kit, but with a nod to the inspired retro kit.
These two videos were the main launches for 2 of their 3 football kits in the 2024/25 season, hitting record number sales and reaching over 400,000 views within the first week.
